White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Cheesecake

If you want to increase your protein intake but have a sweet tooth, we have just the recipe for you! Try this White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Cheesecake for the best of both worlds, by adding to your protein intake as well as having a delicious dessert to enjoy. 



  • Almond flour or all purpose flour
  • Granulated sugar substitute
  • Light butter
  • Fat free cream cheese 
  • Protein powder 
  • Greek yoghurt 
  • White chocolate chips 



  1. Preheat an oven to 400F and spray the bottom of a pan with nonstick cooking spray. 
  2. Mix the crust ingredients together in a bowl until you can form a ball of dough then add the dough to the pan. 
  3. Press the crust dough to the edges of the pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 11-13 minutes or until the top begins to turn golden brown
  5. While the crust bakes, add the cream cheese and white chocolate chips to a large bowl and microwave for 30-60 seconds, the two can be fully mixed together.
  6. Add the Greek yogurt and protein powder, make sure you’re stirring well. 
  7. Once the crust has baked, spray the edges of the pan with more cooking spray and add the cheesecake mixture. Use a spatula to evenly smooth the surface. 
  8. Reduce the oven temperature to 350F and bake for 23-25 minutes, until the centre is mostly set.
  9. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature and run a knife around the edges and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. 
  10. Top the protein cheesecake with raspberries and melt an additional 2 tablespoons of white chocolate chips to drizzle over the top of the cheesecake.
