Marco-Friendly High-Protein Pizza

If you’re looking for a high-protein, low calorie AND delicious pizza, we’ve got the perfect recipe for you! 

At only 616 calories for the whole pizza, this is the perfect protein-packed meal to go for.


For the base - 

  • 65g plain flour 
  • 100g low fat Greek yoghurt 
  • 3g baking powder

For the topping - 

  • 25g barbecue sauce 
  • 80g low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 20g shredded ham 
  • 25g shredded beef
  • 10g pepperoni 


Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 180C.

Step 2 - Add flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and combine with a whisk.

Step 3 -  Add Greek yoghurt to the mix and stir until a dough is formed.

Step 4 -. Roll out your dough between two sheets of lightly sprayed baking paper, pinch the outside over to create a crust and place in the oven for 5-6 minutes.

Step 5 -  Once the crust is brown, remove from the oven and top with your toppings of choice. For this pizza we’ve gone with barbecue sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese, ham, pepperoni and shredded beef, but you can add whatever you like (just make sure it’s delicious!). 

Step 6 -  Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Once cooked, wait for your masterpiece to cool and tuck in!
