Make the perfect protein cookies at home!

Fancy a sweet treat that is high in protein, will keep you full for longer and will satisfy that sweet tooth? Why not have a go at making protein cookies at home that you can enjoy before or after a workout or as a snack to keep you going throughout the day!


Peanut butter– Smooth and drippy peanut butter, with no added sugar. Avoid using crunchy peanut butter, as the mixture will be harder to mix together.

Brown sugar substitute– A zero calorie and zero carb sweetener.

Protein powder– The JSP Performance Vanilla Whey is perfect for this recipe! Egg– Room temperature eggs.



Step 1 – Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well, until left with a thick dough.

Step 2 – Form 12 balls of dough and place them on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just done.

Step 3 - Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.

IMPORTANT TIP - Do not overbake the cookies, as they continue to cook as they cool down. While the cookies may look slightly undercooked, they will firm up while cooling down.
